We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the backyard pool area along with the left side of the building which includes the second and third floors. "A few blocks walk to the beach, but less than a block from all the fun downtown restaurants, shops and market! Had everything we needed and if it didn't, they were a phone call away and had someone deliver extras.

"We loved how close the house was to the village. We could hop on a free open trolley just down the street to get to the other beach. When we contacted the rental company about two issues, they were quick to resolve the issues for us. Nice place…we'd stay again!

Anniversary Trip

"We had a nice long weekend here. Great location very close to the village and market and liquor store. Short walk to the beach and there was a cooler for us to take to with us and some ice packs in the freezer. We also enjoyed the hot tub and cooling off in the tub.

Awesome family vacation

"I can’t start to say how happy and what an enjoyable family vacation we had at Casa De Siesta - we enjoyed Villa Margarita - our entire family loved both units, clean, bright, full kitchen, full laundry, flat screens in all rooms, great WiFi for the kids, bikes, beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, awesome layout for everyone to come together but still have space for privacy. We loved Villa Margarita and Villa Fiesta and both were very well maintained, clean, and furniture was all new. The backyard was also amazing and allowed us to have relaxing evening dinners or just relaxing with a glass of wine! We loved the ability to walk to the beach and village, enjoyed everything Siesta Key has to offer. We would highly recommend this property, and can’t say enough of the amazing care and concern that the team at The Cottages on The Key demonstrate! Everything was awesome - and the welcoming cup cakes from Cakes by Ron was a unique and personal touch! We can’t wait for our next visit to Siesta Key! Thank you!
