Welcome to Villa Champagne! This enchanting 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom cottage is a short walk to Siesta Key Village and just minutes from Siesta Key Beach, voted the # 1 beach in the USA!

Walk up the stairs of Villa Champagne, front, porch and step into the multi-story foyer and cozy sitting room. The first level of villa champagne is flush with living space to cater to up to eight guests. The wide-open floor plan creates a true focal point for the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The kitchen comes complete with a stainless steel refrigerator and a large eat-in kitchen island with enough seating for four guests. With high ceilings and access to the backyard, the natural lighting is able to flood in and bathe every inch of the first floor of Villa Champagne. The plush family room holds multiple comfortable couches with a sliding glass door that leads out to the pool and patio area. A fully updated half-bath next to the living room maximizes convenience for family gatherings and sunny days spent at the private pool.

Villa Champagne can host up to eight guests with four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Upstairs, the master suite lies decorated with dark rich woods and a private balcony that has views that reach from the screened-in pool all the way to the backyard canal waters. The private master bath comes with a walk-in shower and a marbled garden bathtub. A second bedroom sits near the stairs’ landing, accented with nautical wicker furniture and soft pinks and blues. Adjacent is a full bathroom, with updated fixtures and a tiled walk-in shower. Further down the hallway are two more bedrooms: one with dual twin beds and another with its own queen bed. The former comes with a private balcony that overlooks the foliage of the front yard. Another bathroom can be found down the same hallway, with a full bath and ample privacy.

The backyard of Villa Champagne is perfectly manicured from the moment you step off the patio deck to the private dock that overlooks the backyard canals of Siesta Key. The patio itself comes fully equipped with a grill and plenty of seating that surrounds the private pool and spa.

The peaceful retreat is just moments away from the bustle of Siesta Key Village and the glimmering sands of Siesta Key Beach.

Villa Champagne can be rented in combination with Sophie’s Cottage to maximize accommodation. The conjunction of the homes, Sophie’s Quartier, can host up to sixteen guests in adjacent homes. Each with private pools and backyard canal views, Sophie’s Quartier is a serene accommodation for large groups and families.

Villa Champagne can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

• Bedroom # 2: Queen Bed (1) – Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom # 3: Twin Bed (2) – Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom # 4: Queen Bed (1) – Sleeps: 2

"The property was fantastic. Was very clean with a great location. Villa Champaigne would be a wonderful rental for anyone-especially families. Our family had the best time staying there. There were bikes(6!) to ride, 3 kayaks, wonderful pool with hot tub, and plenty of room. A special shout out to Amy. Amy responded to my questions in a very timely manner and really went out of her way to take care of us. I would highly recommend Villa Champaigne and Cottages On The Key for any vacation needs

"Beautiful home. Easy to use for a family of 8. Provided all necessary items which made it easier since we flew and didn't bring anything but clothes and personal items. Close to everything. "Our family of eight enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We spent several days in the pool, kayaked, fished, took early morning bike rides to the beaches and coffee shops. Conveniently located close to the village shops and restaurants. We have stayed in Siesta Keys 6 times now and have rented from the cottages twice. We love it here!!

"Exceptional!!! Look no further for your Siesta Key booking needs, this group has it all! Our experience from the time of booking until we checked out was perfect. The staff was very friendly, called us the day after check in to make sure everything was as we expected. They also left gourmet cupcakes for us when we arrived. Every detail added a special touch to make this one of our most memorable vacations. I know when we come back, hopefully next year, we will be using The Cottages On The Key again!!!

"The home is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for my family of 8. Pool and hot tub are great. Location is good. Very peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to it if you want it! Easy walking distance to the beach. Bikes, wagons, and beach toys in the garage. Water view is beautiful. There is a dock but no room for a boat due to the automatic lift.

"Very large home - just down the street from the main Siesta beach. Home had four good size bedrooms. Pool was heated and the hot tub was wonderful. Back of the house is very nice, encased in a large screened in area and backing to water. Home had everything you need from a basketball hoop to kayaks, beach chairs, rafts, along with games and puzzles. Few things in the home were showing a little wear and could stand to be freshened up, but overall the house had nice high ceilings and was very comfortable and roomy. The Cottages on the Key staff couldn't have been more helpful - they were there day and night to attend to our needs.

"Villa Champagne is gorgeous! It looks better than the pictures. Very clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. We loved that there were kayaks and bicycles, beach chairs and a beach wagon. The trees and plants out by the pool and dock were magnificent. Very tranquil and relaxing setting. This home has it all, and is a fabulous place for family and friends of all ages! Lastly, it was my daughters 30 birthday. Management went above and beyond by having birthday cupcakes in the refrigerator upon arrival for us!!!

"Our family loved our staty at Villa Champagne on Siesta Key! We rode bikes into the village each morning for coffee and donuts. The home is just a short walk, bike ride or drive to the public beach which had the most amazing powder-soft sand! We also enjoyed the private pool and even rented a boat from The Black Pearl that they brought to the dock out back. There are a lot of great restaurants and shops nearby as well as other activities such as parasailing and jet ski rental. We did have one small issue with one of the appliances that the management company took care of the very next day. Overall the management company was very responsive during the whole trip including providing detailed arrival and departure information. The home was well maintained and clean and had all the extra amenities we needed (beach towels, sand chairs, grill etc). It was also very spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). We couldn't be happier and will definitely return!
