"We've been going to SW Florida for over a decade near the Holiday Season. Our children our young adults now, but still love the family time together in sunny Florida with Mom, Dad, and their significant others. We were extremely happy with this home!! It was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. The pool area was fabulous and spacious. The home is super close to Siesta Key and other attractions as well as the airport. I would highly recommend renting this place to any family or group of friends looking to vacation in the the Sarasota/Siesta Key area!!

"We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the private backyard, covered porch and pool area. Everything was well thought out and organized for guests. Anything you might need they have it. "Our family of 5 just returned from a wonderful stay in this property. It was the quintessential Florida home with mid-century modern style, surrounded by lush, well-maintained vegetation. The beautiful backyard with inviting pool and foliage was a true tropical oasis! Location was prime - situated in a beautiful neighborhood and just a short distance from many area attractions, restaurants, and beaches. We only wish we could've spent more time chilling out in the house or by the pool! We felt very much at home here, and will make plans to return!

"We had an amazing stay at this house. It is so nice and so peaceful! We slept late everyday. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. The backyard is the winner. We hung out around the pool everyday. Lots of outdoor seating for your comfort nice outside shower and toilet was a winner. It's a tropical paradise out there loved it so much. Close to any shopping you might need to do as well. Close to siesta beach. Highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

"The home is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed having the pool for the kiddos and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and spending time with family. If there is a downfall to this house it is it is not on the beach but do not let that hinder anyone from renting. We would recommend this rental to anyone and would stay again.

"We had an amazing time. Everything you need for a perfect stay. From nice cookware, to linens, pool and beach toys, coolers. Everything you need. There were 2 families. 4 teenagers and they were never bored. There was a nice surprise when we got there. Not going to say what so others can be surprised!

"We absolutely loved our stay at Ventana Rosa. We stayed for a month and it felt like home to us. The Cottage Crew were wonderful. I don't think we've ever stayed in a place that the people were so attentive to our needs. We loved the area. Close to wonderful restaurants, shopping areas, entertainment, beaches, and Publics and Aldi's. The house was exactly as described and exceptionally clean and well organized. We plan on coming back and we wouldn't go through any other agency.

"We were very satisfied with this property. It is located in the perfect spot if you like to visit the different beaches in Sarasota. It is less than 15 minutes from Crescent beach in siesta key and also from Lido key and Saint Armand Circle.There is a Publix very close to the property as well as an Aldi supermarket. There are all so many restaurants and shops. Their house is very well-maintained and modern. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. We especially loved the welcoming cupcakes waiting for us when we arrived! The backyard is also very nice with the Terrace and a pretty big pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property to anyone

"Everything was absolutely PERFECT for our small family of 4. The house is pristine and had every amenity you could want. The highlight was certainly the pool... hours of entertainment!! Beautiful and private outside area was wonderful. We used the grill multiple times. Short drive to Siesta Key, and we walked on the beach most nights. Can’t wait to stay here again.

"We had the best week of our life staying at this property. I'm not even sure how to put it all into one post. The location is FANTASTIC. You're close to so many amazing areas and beaches. We went to Lido Beach, Siesta Key beach for a sunset, Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach and Coquina Beach! Also be sure to check out Armands Circle. Lots of fun shopping and restaurants! The house was perfect for our families and our kids. The back porch and pool were the real MVP! We spent most of our time outside! The landscaping makes you feel like you have your own slice of paradise in FL. This was our first time renting a home and it went so incredibly smooth. The Cottages staff is top notch and was so helpful before, during and after our stay. The beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels, washer and dryer were fantastic and the kitchen and grilling had everything we needed. We shopped at the Publix right around the corner from the house...basically a one minute drive. Again, this location is so convenient! We hope to be back someday!

"We had 3 adult couples....house was perfect. Great location. Close to everything. Have rented many houses and this house was by far the best. All the kitchen pots pans utensils etc were by far the best I have seen. Siesta key beach is just around the corner and by far the prettiest beach I've ever been to. Lido beach was a short 10 minute drive and came in a close second. The outdoor area of this house is unreal. The pool and covered outside patio area is where you will live while here....beyond amazing. On a busy road but unless you're trying to pull out of the driveway you would never know it. Beds were all so comfortable....no aches like when you stay at a hotel. Started with more than enough necessities....toilet paper...paper towels etc. Looking to come back next year!

"Beautiful home, clean, comfortable, just as pictured. We enjoyed out stayed! Only 12 min to Siesta Key Beach. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard, pool and grill. Also, it's very convenient that beach chairs, towels, even sand toys for kids were there at the house for us to use! The only complaint we had is that we weren't able to have out daughter sleep on the top of the bunk bed because the mattress on it was as high as the railing and she could of easily rolled right off the bed at night.

Tropical Delight

"Overall, this place was outstanding! We have already recommended the unit to others. It has almost every amenity, including nightlights and a Keurig coffee system. It is very tech friendly. Beds are super comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. There is a stack washer & dryer on site. But the backyard/patio takes the prize! Multiple loungers and deck rockers surround the night lit pool. Outdoor seating for casual charcuterie or family dining expands indoor dining accommodations. Several water accessories for pool or beach also come with this unit, including a beach wagon, beach chairs, and a cooler. There is some seasonal mildew on the patio door, and the living room recliner shows wear, backyard patio gutters need attention, but overall, it was a dreamy week. It is quite close to busy Siesta Drive, but tropical vegetation helps keep traffic sounds down. Our whole family agreed we will be back!

"This is by far the nicest property I've ever rented. Everything is exactly how it is pictured. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly. We arrived and there were cupcakes on the counter, such a nice added touch. This home as more towels than any other place I've ever stayed. The private pool was so nice to have. There was plenty of room for everyone. One of the best vacations yet!

"The property was beautiful. The interior is new. The kitchen is well designed and flows with two sitting areas. It is well stocked for equipment. The outdoor area is great. "Our stay at Ventana Rosa - 1905 was fantastic! It was the perfect place to enjoy our vacation in Siesta Key and celebrate my Mom's 90th Birthday! The House was beautiful, spacious and very accommodating for family dinners, and celebration. The backyard pool area and covered lanai was spectacular! We spent much time there relaxing, partying and even some dancing and karaoke thanks to the outdoor TV. Loved the outdoor shower!!! Roger and everyone at The Cottages On the Key were wonderful and always available for any questions and suggestions, and the welcoming cupcakes were a special and delicious touch. We highly recommend The Cottages on the Key for your next stay in Siesta Key/Sarasota. The location was great too! Less than 10 minutes to the restaurants and fun of downtown Sarasota. We will definitely come back next time we are headed to Siesta Key.
