"Plenty of sleeping spaces. Fully equipped kitchen, great beach and beach accessories. Great location for walking to nearby establishments. Only negative was the bbq grill not having even heat. Would definitely consider this property again.

"Beautiful home. Great location. We came to the area for a high school baseball tournament and so glad we chose to stay at Siesta Key. The beach was amazing. The home had everything we needed for the beach. The kids also enjoyed the pool.

"The property is as great as pictures described! Very close to beach access (3-5min walk) and the sea is AMAZING!! Warm, calm and clear water!! I don't know how busy the swing pool can get but we had it for ourselves only for almost all the time just met 3 ppl there one day. Elevator was super helpful for elderly and to move bags up and down, otherwise we didn't mind using the stairs! Overall a super nice experience and a super nice property!!! Just be aware that the beach access closest to the house you can't park but the house is close enough to walk back after dropping your cooler/beach stuff! We rented a golf cart and used for this purpose but someone would drive it back to the house because couldn't park it, which was not even an inconvenience for us! 5stars all the way!!

"This VRBO was amazing! The house was beautiful, the supplies toiletries were great, and they even had a treat for us upon arrival. This house is so beautiful and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also had the pool to ourselves through the week which was nice. The beach wagon/buggy that was supplied was also so helpful.

"Great property, location, this house has it all. 9 of us and we were all so very comfortable. The pool was awesome and the house was super clean. We enjoyed every minute. The Beach is just a short walk away with a beautiful sunset. Would definitely return!!!

Perfect Beach Vacation with Family

"WOW, we cannot say enough great things about the Topsail Cottage! It is the perfect property for a family beach vacation. The property has the perfect combination of privacy with huge bedrooms and bathrooms so all guests have their own luxury space. While still also providing great community spaces for the family to gather with the beautiful kitchen and open layout. The outdoor patio is also a great place to both start and end the day with a constant light breeze coming in off the ocean. All furnishings were well appointed and it truly felt like a luxury stay, but still very family friendly. Our Kids loved the beach access and pool setup! Location was also ideal as we had a very short walk to the beach, as well as many restaurants including Jake's Ice Cream parlor. Big Water Fish Market was also a revisited favorite for lunch and dinner. We would highly recommend the property and the area to friends and we will certainly be back to Topsail!

Beautiful Home - Great for Families / Groups!

"Our group of 7 loved this house. All bedrooms have walk-in closets & full baths, so everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The covered porch w/ outdoor kitchen is amazing - we spent lots of time there!! The pool is small but nice, and the ocean is about a 5 minute walk. We loved it!

Home away from home

"Coming to the Cottages for a much needed family get away before the school season and this was the escape we needed. The sheer size and amount of space to "live" in for the week was overwhelming. Truly a welcome experience. All the bedrooms had a private bathroom, the pool was essentially ours for the week, and the beach was right around the corner. I had such a chill time, I never made it to the downtown area, except to go the the market. Highly recommend a stay. Bonus fact: we needed an air fryer and we received an air fryer. Simply magic.

"TopSail exceeded our expectations! I don't think the online pictures do it justice. House was beautiful and well laid out. It was extremely spacious and enabled our family of 8 to spread out. Great kitchen / dining area. Loved the semi-private pool and short walk to the beach. Felt very safe allowing our youngest (9) to walk back to the house from the beach. We used just about all of the 'extras' in the garage - bikes, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The 'rooftop' balcony is a little difficult to access up the narrow spiral staircase, but the view is worth the effort. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing vacation

"We have never been to Siesta Keys before and renting Topsail Cottage was the best choice. Working with Cottages on the Keys was a breeze! They were responsive, friendly and answered all my questions and were able to point us in the direction of anything we needed. The house was beautiful and spacious and ideal for traveling with young children and our extended family. We loved the area to go for walks and it was so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time at the pool and the neighbors that we chatted with were also very friendly. We were greated at the house with delicious cupcakes and said Farwell with wine. Cant get much better. We all had a wonderful vacation and hope to come back to Siesta Key and stay at Topsail again!!

"We loved the house, and all the amenities that came with it. The house was magnificent and exactly like the pictures they have on-line. When we arrived the house was very clean and they had cupcakes waiting for us, which we really enjoyed. Very close to the best beach. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool that came with the rental. We loved the area and would love to come back again very soon.

"Had a fantastic time and this property is worthy of a 5 Star rating. First, the place is huge, everything from all living and dining areas to the closets and bathrooms are very large. Has every amenity from seeing the bicycles when you first drive in the garage to having your own pool with its own cabana. (2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining table) The best part for us, my wife uses a walker and the elevator could get her to all 3 levels with no problems. The staff was spot on, checking in to make sure all was good. Of course the wonderful cupcakes sitting in the fridge made our arrival extra special. Entrance to beach is only a few houses away, no need to drive anywhere. If we come back to town, for sure we would stay there again. I cannot think of one negative I could even say.

Met Expectations & More

"Our stay was great. 4 adults and 3 littles under 5 had plenty of room. The 4 bedrooms are all large with bathrooms connected. Pool was steps away with a gate with was perfect for kids. Beach was a couple min walk with amazing sand and all the beach supplies are provided. We ordered food from walmart for pickup about 10-15 mins away, which worked out great. Plenty of grocery or convenient stores near by as well. Kitchen was large and had pretty much everything we needed including spices. I would recommend bringing extra garbage bags as only a few were provided. We really enjoyed our stay and the house only made it better.

Fabulous House

"We had a great week in this lovely, open, spacious house. Only two things kept it from being a 5 star. One, the two "single beds" were "pull-out chairs"--they worked fine but I thought the description a bit misleading. Two, the dishwasher never worked the whole time we were there. I will admit y'all tried but just never got it fixed. You did supply a drainer, towels, soap, etc., and gave us a small compensation for our inconvenience (there were ten of us eating-in so there dishes aplenty).

"Our family of 9 recently stayed in your condo #1025. We were beyond thrilled to discover how beautiful and spacious our accommodations were! Having our own private pool and being walking distance to the beach made the stay especially enjoyable for our young granddaughters. Our 5 year old granddaughter cried when we left, stating she wanted to stay at our new vacation home!

A wonderful place for a family gatherin

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Cottage. Even though our numbers ebbed and flowed, at one point reaching eleven people, we never felt crowded as the house is huge. The beach, restaurants and stores are close enough to walk easily. The pool area was wonderful. Having the cabana with bathrooms and a shower right by the pool was amazing. Very usual especially when you have young children spending hours in the pool. The elevator was great when unloading suitcases and groceries. We did have a few issues but they were resolved so quickly and painlessly that you hardly knew anything was amiss. All the people we delt with were polite and helpful. Especially Chris when he came over to hand deliver a bottle of wine!! Thanks again for a lovely two weeks.

Perfect beach getaway

"This newly built home will be the perfect place for your family or friends to gather for a great vacation. It is such a luxurious space that will welcome you back every time you walk through the door. It is very open and bright. You simply can't beat the accessibility to the beach. It's a very short walk, or bike ride (which is provided in the garage) to go for a morning jog, spending all day playing in the waves or an evening stroll. It's nice to not have to fight for parking at the main beach area. It's a prime location away from condo central and in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms all have very comfortable beds and come with large closets and attached bathrooms. Perfect for friends gatherings or in our case a large family with 5 kids. The pool was very warm and comfortable. This beautiful home will not disappoint you.

"This was the best vacation Home we ever rented!! It was so beautiful & perfect for us!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property was amazing! It offered everything you could possibly want in a vacation home! The open floor plan of the kitchen, Dining area, and family room area allows for a wonder gathering place with tons of room for all guests to enjoy. The 4 masters were all beautiful and well equipped the many balcony areas and outdoor cooking space was awesome! The Short walk to the beach made this a perfect location for all of us. Plus there was a pool right in our backyard to enjoy. We felt like we were at a resort and highly recommend this fabulous property!!!
