The well-equipped kitchen features both a regular and Keurig coffee maker, a dishwasher, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Three of the bedrooms feature plush king beds, offering a serene and luxurious retreat for a restful night's sleep. The fourth bedroom offers a full trundle bed, which includes a twin pullout, providing versatile sleeping arrangements for your convenience. This room is perfect for accommodating children or additional guests. For further flexibility, Seaside Cottage also offers a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Linens are provided for all beds and the sleeper sofa, ensuring a cozy and peaceful night's sleep for everyone.

Seaside Cottage goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and convenience. A starter pack of toiletry essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, hand/face soap, body lotion, and makeup wipes, is included for your convenience. You'll also find a starter pack of home essentials such as dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and cleaning wipes.

As you step outside, you will be greeted by the sparkling private heated pool, plush loungers, and outdoor dining area. The pool area provides the perfect oasis for those looking to unwind in a more serene setting. Additionally, the dining space and gas grill offer the ideal setting to host a delicious BBQ under the open air and warm island breeze.

Exploring the island is a breeze with island shuttle transportation available, allowing you to easily access Siesta Key Village, a vibrant hub of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. It's just an 8-minute walk from the cottage, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and experience the island's lively atmosphere.

"The house is excellent - in a great location right across the street from the beach and walking distance to Siesta Village. It was very clean and well stocked. We had a couple of issues with the cable going out and dryer not working but Cottages on the Keys was extremely responsive and sent repairmen within a few hours of contacting them. Overall the house was great and as-advertised!

"The property doesn't look like much from the outside and the adjacent properties or in disrepair. But the actual inside of the house is very nice and is a very convenient location. Staff was great to work with at the management firm for the house. Some simple clean up and upgrading to this home would make it a perfect place to rent.

"We absolutely loved staying in this home! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry rooms, etc. The little shed in the back has everything you likely need for the beach. The pool was great and the size and comfort of this home will surprise you! I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to do a family vacation. This was the 3rd home we've rented in the area over the past 4 years. I loved not having steps this trip and would definitely book this home again.

"Awesome location, very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at Siesta Key. Heather and her staff were very helpful to answer question promptly before we booked. The beach house was beautifully decorated and furnishings are top notch making this property one of our favorite places. A delighted arrangement of the most amazing cupcakes was located on the kitchen counter welcoming us to a very much needed family vacation. Nice touch. Plenty of beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards) that made our beach days super easy. We really enjoyed our morning coffee off the master bedroom sitting by the nicely heated and very lighted pool area in the evening enjoying grilling out and socializing with family in the evenings. Beautiful done, they have thought of everything for an amazing visit to Siesta key. We can’t wait to come back and stay! Thanks for the wonderful family memories!!

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Seaside Cottage! The house was clean (and we are pretty picky about that) and well equipped. The location was convenient to the village and the beach access 9 was basically across the street. At the time of writing this, it might be helpful to know there are 6 bikes, a beach wagon (pull beach gear and/or kids), beach toys, a small umbrella stroller, plenty of hand/dish/laundry detergent. It was perfect and we are already looking forward to returning!

"Really enjoyed our stay at this adorable classic beach cottage. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Perfect yard with heated pool and great for our dog. "We had a wonderful stay. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, and the property had everything we needed. The bicycles and beach gear were perfect, and the pool was clean and fun even though it was on the small side. Bedrooms were all comfortable with great choice of pillows. Absolutely Charming Home!

"This house is so cozy and very comfortable - felt like home! We had 8 adults and one 16 month old and had plenty of room for everyone! The bedrooms were large and spacious as well as the 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen, dining and living room area was the perfect place for everyone to gather. We enjoyed the pool, bikes and really appreciated the shed full of every item you could possibly need for a fun day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone, in fact, one of our guests is considering renting it for a family vacation! Enjoy!!

"We loved the home. We had our whole family, parents, children, grandchildren, and it was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. The tropical back yard was gorgeous. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only negative is the kitchen is a galley style and can get crowded with traffic coming from the back portion of the home. The master bedroom (farthest from the A/C unit) was very warm at night. Overall, the home was everything we thought it would be.
