This charming duplex offers the perfect retreat for your vacation, featuring a spacious outdoor lanai and a shared heated swimming pool. Whether you choose to rent Seahorse Cabana as a standalone retreat or opt for the complete experience by combining it with Sandy Cabana to create the enchanting Sandy Seahorse Cottage, your stay is guaranteed to be a delightful and unforgettable experience.

As you enter the unit, you'll be greeted by a welcoming screened-in lanai area. Step inside, and you'll find yourself in a cozy living room adorned with comfortable furnishings. The bright white kitchen invites you to prepare delicious home cooked meals during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a regular and Keurig coffee maker, a dishwasher, and kitchen essentials.

The open concept design seamlessly connects the living and kitchen area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for entertaining your family and loved ones.

Seahorse Cabana offers three bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath, providing ample space and comfort for up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, and one queen air bed. With linens provided, you can rest easy and enjoy a good night's sleep.

Step outside to find that the outdoor area is fully designed for relaxation and enjoyment. A shared heated pool awaits, inviting you to take a refreshing swim or simply bask in the warm Florida sun. Ample seating is provided for those looking to relax poolside.

Seahorse Cottage provides beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and a caddy, making it easy for you to explore the nearby Crescent Beach, just a quick 2-minute walk away. Siesta Key Village, known for its vibrant atmosphere and charming shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away, allowing you to experience the best of the island.

Seahorse Cabana can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

● Bedroom # 2: Queen Bed (1) – Sleeps: 2
● Bedroom # 3: Twin Bed (2) – Sleeps: 2
● Extra Bed: Queen Air Bed (1) – Sleeps: 2

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the backyard pool area and the right side of the home. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. "We really enjoyed staying at this location. Not far from the beach and nice area. The only thing that we wanted was a bigger pool. The pool is smaller in person, but is good for relaxing and small kids. All in all we had a wonderful time and would recommend this rental to our friends.

Lovely stay at Seahorse Cabana!

"House was nice & clean. House & pool smaller in pictures though. Pool could have lower temperature since temps were in the 90's. Kitchen nicely stocked. Gear for the beach including caddy, towels, & chairs a plus. Mirrors missing in bedrooms would be nice. Only one game in house though. Grill was great to have. Area was nice & quiet. We came during red tide so that was awful. Couldn't stay on Crescent Beach due to dead fish, the horrible smell, & we were coughing. All calls handled right away except for lowering the pool temp. Thanks for everything.

We also have greatly appreciated everyone we met who works for the Cottages on the Key, and have been very impressed with the responsiveness you have shown and the attention to detail. "We would definitely stay here again. The place had plenty of room and was very clean. It is nicely furnished and decorated. We were very close to a nice sandy beach. There are numerous restaurants close by. The pool and patio are very clean and inviting.

"Thank you so much for sharing your condo. We had a marvelous time. We really enjoyed our time there. It is just perfect for us. Lots of light, lots of windows, roomy, a great kitchen, a large screened in lanai, a pool as a bonus, convenient access to the ocean/ beach and great TV viewing. Being on the first floor and entering directly from the car makes you feel like you're staying in your own home. Every room that you enter gives you a warm hug and the furnishings always make you feel very welcomed. Of course, we enjoyed the easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Thanks again. Excellent accommodations, steps from the beach!

"Our family would highly recommend this property! It is well kept, clean and updated nicely. The bedrooms are spacious, beds comfortable and bathrooms updated and clean. Our toddler daughter had such a fun time playing in the private pool and at Siesta Beach. It was very convenient to have beach toys and umbrellas provided and we were just steps from the beach access which made coming back and forth for naps and lunch time very easy. We ate most of our meals on the screened-in porch where we could enjoy the weather. We were within walking distance to fun restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, shopping and rental shops for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, parasailing, etc. The owners were very friendly and easy to get a hold of when we had questions regarding our reservation that the rental company could not provide. We plan to make an annual trip to Siesta Key and will be renting at this location again!

"The place was great, we had a wonderful time. It was in a quiet location, was cleaned well before we came, organized and well taken care of. Walking distance from the beach, stores and resturants. We would definitly stay here again if given the opportunity. It was Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Loved it!
