This charming duplex offers the perfect retreat for your vacation, featuring spacious outdoor lanais and a large, heated swimming pool. Whether you choose to rent the entire cottage as Sandy Seahorse Cottage or opt for the individual cabanas of Seahorse Cabana or Sandy Cabana, you're in for a delightful stay.

As you enter each unit, you'll be greeted by a welcoming screened-in lanai area. Step inside, and you'll find yourself in a cozy living room adorned with comfortable furnishings. The bright white kitchen invites you to prepare delicious home cooked meals during your stay. Each kitchen is fully equipped, including a regular and Keurig coffee maker, a dishwasher, and kitchen essentials.

The open concept design seamlessly connects the living and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for entertaining your family and loved ones.

Sandy Seahorse Cottage offers six bedrooms, four full baths, and two half baths, providing ample space and comfort for up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two king beds, two queen beds, four twin beds, and two queen air beds. With linens provided, you can rest easy and enjoy a good night's sleep.

Step outside to find that the outdoor area is fully designed for relaxation and enjoyment. A private heated pool awaits, inviting you to take a refreshing swim or simply bask in the warm Florida sun. Ample seating is provided for those looking to relax poolside.

Sandy Seahorse Cottage provides beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and a caddy, making it easy for you to explore the nearby Crescent Beach, just a quick 2-minute walk away. Siesta Key Village, known for its vibrant atmosphere and charming shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away, allowing you to experience the best of the island.

This house had plenty of space for all of us and was very clean/stocked.

"This property was exactly what we needed for our extended family trip. We had 6 adults and 4 children (6-14 yo). This house had plenty of space for all of us and was very clean/stocked. The beach chairs and toys were perfect for a daily visit to the beach (a 5 min walk). The property management company went above and beyond on several occasions and were super quick to respond. Everyone in the family agreed this place was perfect for a beach getaway!

"Very clean upon arrival. Plenty for 13 adults. It is a 2 min walk to beach entrance but long walk on sand to beach. We would return. There is a nice beach access 4 min drive away.

PERFECT PROPERTY FOR FAMILY!!

"This was the absolute perfect, smooth and easy property and booking experience!!! The description is absolutely perfect! The kitchen was better start in every way than I imagined. 1000% clean in every single nook and cranny! We have large vacation rental homes are self and I was amazed how Immaculately clean every single spot was! Everything worked perfectly! The pool was kept perfectly clean. The lighting inside was nice and bright. Plenty of towels and beach towels. And the beach chairs and extras were wonderful to have. Only about seven houses between this and the beach so it took us about 1.5 min to walk to beach. And if anyone needed something at the house it was super easy to run back infinite or ride our beach bikes back-and-forth. This area was wonderful because it didn't have any high rises. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY !!!

Our 1st time to Siesta Key and we all LOVED it greatly!!

"This was a duplex. It was great for us, we had 2 families. If not the sharing of the pool and porches would of been awkward. Both sides of the duplex were supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, wagons and bicycles. This was WONDERFUL!! The kitchens were not stocked the same, griddle on one side only and Keurig on one side, but we shared since we were family. Short easy walk to the beach. Great location next to Point of Rocks and the snorkeling was amazing, spend hours doing this. We walked to the Drum Circle Sunday night. Not what I was expecting but enjoyed the walk in the beach (2 1/2 miles 1 way!!) took the trolley to downtown!! We ate at Captain Curt’s and Pizza and Brew. Both great food but neither place could seat our party of 12 all together. Live music and crescent C club was a short walk from the house and had a great band the night we went. Our 1st time to Siesta Key and we all LOVED it greatly!!

Lovely Cottages

"We rented both the cottages and they were perfect for us all. They were well equipped and very clean, it was just a short stroll to the beach and the beach trollies and chairs etc were great to have. The kids loved the pool and the cottages were in the perfect location. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

"We had eight adults and 6 children We did not know that it was 2 units side by side to have the 6 bedrooms but it worked out great. We loved the place and was very comfortable. The beach is a small walk and we we were very pleased with location. We also loved the pool. It was small but perfect for our family. Staff very easy to get in touch with and very friendly. My granddaughter cried when we left and said she did not want to leave her pretend house. The only negative was that I scrapped my rental car pulling out of driveway. Small brick wall sits low and cut it to short. Be careful Great place to stay. We hope to visit again.
