As you enter the unit, you'll be greeted by a welcoming screened-in lanai area. Step inside, and you'll find yourself in a cozy living room adorned with comfortable furnishings. The bright white kitchen invites you to prepare delicious home cooked meals during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a regular and Keurig coffee maker, a dishwasher, and kitchen essentials.

The open concept design seamlessly connects the living and kitchen area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for entertaining your family and loved ones.

Sandy Cabana offers three bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath, providing ample space and comfort for up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, and one queen air bed. With linens provided, you can rest easy and enjoy a good night's sleep.

Step outside to find that the outdoor area is fully designed for relaxation and enjoyment. A shared heated pool awaits, inviting you to take a refreshing swim or simply bask in the warm Florida sun. Ample seating is provided for those looking to relax poolside.

Sandy Cabana provides beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and a caddy, making it easy for you to explore the nearby Crescent Beach, just a quick 2-minute walk away. Siesta Key Village, known for its vibrant atmosphere and charming shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away, allowing you to experience the best of the island.

Sandy Cabana can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). "Very nice duplex in a quiet location and only couple blocks from the beach. The people that manage the property do an excellent job. Looks small from the road but inside is well decorated and plenty of space.

"We got so lucky finding this spot! This duplex is tucked in a neighborhood and is a 3-minute walk to the beach. So convenient! We loved having the beach caddy and chairs and the pool was great, too. There are several restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance and the house has bikes to use as well! We can’t wait to come back!

"The duplex was super clean in a great location. Very short walk to the beach. The pool was small but perfect for my two kids and my niece. I called management to clean the pool because of the rain it had too many leaves, I left to the beach thinking they would come the next morning, to my surprise management called their pool company and they came with in the hour and came two more times early in the morning making sure the pool was clean. Also my sister brought her pets and they have a pet cleaning service in the middle of the stay. I would recommend this place. Definitely will be back next summer.

"We had a ladies trip and stayed here. It was a great place with lots to do around the area. Private beach access was a short walk. Easy drive of about 10 min to the large public beach access. I highly recommend using the free taxi service that is always available. Tip only and they picked us up in about 10 min from our calls. Lots to choose from with dining, drinking, dancing and walking options as well. We had a great time the house/pool was clean and very well kept. Thanks Ed!

"Thank you so much for sharing your condo. We had a marvelous time. We really enjoyed our time there. It is just perfect for us. Lots of light, lots of windows, roomy, a great kitchen, a large screened in lanai, a pool as a bonus, convenient access to the ocean/ beach and great TV viewing. Being on the first floor and entering directly from the car makes you feel like you're staying in your own home. Every room that you enter gives you a warm hug and the furnishings always make you feel very welcomed. Of course, we enjoyed the easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Thanks again. "Our family would highly recommend this property! It is well kept, clean and updated nicely. The bedrooms are spacious, beds comfortable and bathrooms updated and clean. Our toddler daughter had such a fun time playing in the private pool and at Siesta Beach. It was very convenient to have beach toys and umbrellas provided and we were just steps from the beach access which made coming back and forth for naps and lunch time very easy. We ate most of our meals on the screened-in porch where we could enjoy the beautiful weather. We were within walking distance to fun restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, shopping and rental shops for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, parasailing, etc. The owners were very friendly and easy to get a hold of when we had questions regarding our reservation that the rental company could not provide. We plan to make an annual trip to Siesta Key and will be renting at this location again!
