Peacock Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

• Living Room: Sleeper Sofa (1) - Sleeps: 2

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the pool area along with the right side of the building (facing from Calle Del Invierno) which includes the first, second, and third floors. House was clean and had all you needed.

"Third time in Siesta Key. House was 4 min walk to beach. Longer walk into the village but we like walking. Only draw back was the upstairs guest room with twin beds has no storage. Buy a dresser for guests as there was really no way for two adult girls to store anything. Had to hang their dresses in master closet. Also, one of the beds there is absolutely the hardest bed ever, our daughter ended up sleeping with us in the master. Other than that everything was great. It's not a house for small kids or older folks as it has three flights of stairs. Yes there's an elevator but it's small and very slow. House was clean and had all you needed. If they replace that bed and add a dresser I'd definitely rent this home again.

"We were so impressed with the location and the size of the unit. We had 7 family members in all and everyone was accommodated with a very comfortable bed. We were all able to eat together, swim together, play games and just visit. Having a beautiful beach just across the road was an added bonus. Thanks for a great time

"This little box doesn’t fit all the great surprises we found at Peacock Villa! We travel a lot, so it takes a great deal to impress us and we were over the moon with this villa! 3 floors, spacious with elevator made it family friendly for all ages - private heated pool and bbq, lounge- fully stocked! We saved money because no one wanted to eat out too often! Had planned to rent bikes, but 4 came with the condo! Just lovely- can’t say enough.

"Good check in process, was delayed to prior renter issue. Property manager dropped off gift card and apology. All worked out great! Private pool area was a nice plus and being across the street from beach access point #10. Plenty of restaurants and retail within walking distance.

"This is a lovely home with much attention to detail to make it a VERY nice stay and vacation for its guests. GREAT location - Beach Access #10 is just beautiful and with the bikes, a short 5 min ride to village center. Definitely walkable too. So nice - made me sad to leave. "Myself and 5 friends stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! The location is perfect to walk to the beautiful beach and also to walk into town. There are so many great places to visit. We loved the Daiquiri Deck ($4 daiquiris during happy hour), the Baja Grill and the Beach Grill karaoke (Monday nights). The house was perfect! So much space for 6 of us. We loved having 3 bathrooms. Everything was clean and the beds are so comfy! It’s so nice to have a pool too for a change from the beach/ocean. We would definitely stay her again or check out their other properties.

"First off, the communication with the rental agency was great! There was no problem getting information. We loved our stay at Peacock Villa. There were only 4 of us, but 6 (or more, I guess) could have stayed very comfortably. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well-kept. We loved the balcony, the dining area right off the living room area, the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, renovated bathrooms. Everything was so clean and so well decorated. (I loved the Corelle Memphis-patterned dishes in the kitchen so much, that when I got back home, I ordered a set of them! They go so well in the Peacock Villa, as well as at my place!) We were within a short walk to the beach, and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets there. Also, close to the wonderful stores and restaurants in town. Peacock Villa is in a wonderful, lovely, quiet location. I would definitely recommend!

"Property was beautiful; pool, bikes and grill were all great to have, loved that home was right across the street from public access to beach, short walk to restaurants and bars, short drive to Sarasota but mostly stayed on island because they had everything we needed! Friends staying in other rentals were envious of our rental because it was so great!

"We had a most pleasant experience at your condo. My wife and I, along with our son and his family, enjoyed ourselves immensely. Since my son and his wife have two little boys (our grandsons), we appreciated the cleanliness, the modern feel of the place, and the fact that we had plenty of room for everyone. We also loved the quick access that we had to the beach. This was the third consecutive year that we had a family reunion in Siesta Key, but our first visit to your condo. We enjoyed each visit, but your condo was the best deal for the expense. We would highly recommend it to anyone who asks. In fact, I did recommend it to a couple who drove up to the driveway and asked about it as they were thinking about staying in your place in June.
