Monarch Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

• Living Room: Sleeper Sofa (1) - Sleeps: 2

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the pool area along with the left side of the building (facing from Calle Del Invierno) which includes the first, second, and third floors.

"Large home so we had plenty of room to move around. Teens had their own spaces. Directly across from beach access and had its own pool! Management was so nice and responded immediately with questions. Check in was a breeze! Definitely will come again! -

"Just a Wow all around - spacious, beautiful and very clean! The location is right across from the beach and close enough to town to walk for coffee or a meal. We chose to rent both units, since we brought the kids and grandkids- great heated private pool with lots of outdoor bbq’s and memories. Every time we needed something - the owners had already anticipated it! Beach buggy, pool dishwater, rolling cooler… fully stocked. Many days we watched the dolphin right from the deck! The Cottage crew were very helpful answering questions. We will be back next year ☺️thanks!

"We had a great time staying at the condo hosted by the Cottages on the Key. The pictures were accurate. The location was perfect. We loved having the elevator to haul our luggage/groceries up- stairs. We enjoyed use of the bikes, beach chairs and beach/pool towels. We also liked the daily weather/activities/restaurants/ reminder board. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable.

Great time on Siesta Key!

"Our family had a great time staying at the Monarch Villa in Siesta Key. The house was very clean and the location is awesome, just cross the street to reach the beach access. Loved the structures of this house especially the balconies. We could see the beach on the top balcony of the master bedroom. One of the toilet was broken but repair was very quick within 1/2 hr. The pool was shared but we didnt have any problem. We loved how all detergent and handsoap were provided for the dishwasher, the washer and the kitchen sink, and all bathrooms, unlike some of the properties we stayed in the past. There are plenty of beach towels. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future.

"We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Conveniently located across from the beach and walkable to Siesta Key Village. Everything need is available at the property. New Grill, pool, beach chairs, umbrellas and canopy, and bikes. Our family felt totally comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

"My family and I stayed at the monarch for eight days. We love the north end of Siesta Key and this location is perfect for that. We have the gulf across the street. The layout of the monarch is perfect for families and provides great private spaces. The outside balcony's are amazing for morning coffee and great sunsets. Each bedroom with it's own bath make it feel like a luxury sweet. The kitchen provides everything one could want. Vacationers truly need only toothpaste and toothbrush with your clothes. With a great barbecue outside the cabana room and the heated pool (unfortunately was out of service during our stay) you lack nothing. This is the place to stay in Siesta Key.

"What a great place to visit. We absolutely can't find a thing wrong with it, and it had everything anyone would want. The kitchen was complete with two kinds of coffee pots, the bedrooms were comfortable and the beds were great! The cabana room was a plus for us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay and the view of the beach!!!
