Great Location, Great for a Family

"Our family of 10 had a great time in Siesta Key. The beach was beautiful and so close. You could literally walk everywhere. It was a bit strange having a decorative hole in the master bedroom wall. The service was extremely responsive. The kids loved the pool. The accessories for the beach sure came in handy. We really enjoyed it. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location!

"Family age 8-68 stayed at the property. Easy 1 block walk to beach access. The village with lots of restaurants and shops was an easy walk too. We ended up renting a golf cart for fun but could have done without that and just walked. I liked that there was an electronic board in the kitchen with recommendations nearby and communication from the property manager. The extras to take to the beach were awesome! Loved having chairs and a cooler. We also used the bikes and kayaks. Everything we could have hoped for.

"Loved staying at Latitude Adjustment! 1 Block walk to the beach, on a canal, big house (4 bedrooms each with a bathroom and shower) with lots of kitchen space and common area space and a nice sized pool with an outdoor area including gas grill and large table. The Cottages on the Key houses always have the amenities you don't think about until you arrive. Beach towels, beach cart, floats, pool toys, beach toys, beach buckets, beach umbrella stands. Our crew of 7 had a very fun week in the fun and sun of Siesta Key!

"We stayed at this home for 5 nights in May - the house is in a great location - walk to beach, walk to town and sit on the canal with a dock. The house is great - its very large with plenty of room and very clean. It had everything we needed including kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, and beach stuff (cart, cooler, towels, chairs). The pool was so nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever

"We had a party of 8 and the house was perfect. Great outdoor deck with plenty of chairs, the pool was a nice size, there was a nice gas grill, 2 kayaks, 4 bikes, several coolers and so much more. Everything you need for a beach vacation. 2 blocks from the village and 2 blocks from the beach. When I return to Siesta Keys I will definitely book this house!

"Two families, each with two children, comfortably stayed here! The hospitality was wonderful, the beach was an easy walk and restaurants are close. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool is smaller than it looks but nicely shaded for afternoon swims. We were very happy with our stay!

"Everything was perfect. We walked in and the place was vacation ready. We had our groceries delivered and stocked which was well worth the expense. Everything you need and more was there. Short walk to beach. My favorite part was having the bikes to take a short trip to the village. So much space and it was very clean. Hands down one of my favorite places we rented. Thank you!

One Great Stay

"We stayed with three other couples and absolutely enjoyed the property. The common area was a great place to gather. The house is fully equipped and offers cycles, kayaks, fishing poles and more. It is indeed a short walk to the beach and the village center. We had one minor electrical problem and the maintenance staff responded very fast.

"We had a great stay at this home. It was very clean and comfortable and supplied everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. The kitchen was complete with everything needed to cook all meals- although we didn’t cook much, because we were so close to the village (10 min walk). The beach was even closer!! We enjoyed watching the fish off the dock, however we didn’t catch any. The bikes were nice to have also. I would definitely recommend this home!

"We had 4 couples stay here. It had enough space for us all to get together and yet get away from each other!! We spent the mornings by the pool, afternoons at the beach (5 Min. walk-1 block to entrance) and tried every restaurant in the village!! All restaurants were great! Enjoyed our stay for sure!

"Cottages on the Key is the best management company I have ever dealt with. Everyone we spoke to, met or had any contact with was friendly and accommodating in every way. I will always use them for all of my future rental needs. We rented a full house on Siesta Key and had a fabulous time. Latitude Adjustment was the perfect place for 6 adults and could have easily had 2 more. Very modern and very cool. We had a pool, access to the canal and beach and all things needed for the beach as well as bicycles for a little ride through town ... all came with the home. I would recommend Cottages on the Key and Latitude Adjustment to anyone looking for the perfect vacation getaway.

Perfect Vacation Place!

"I am a vacation connoisseur and our key lime cottage filled all of our "must haves" for a perfect girls week with five little ones. Location is perfect - short walk to the beach and to the village. We didn't even rent a car. We enjoyed every single beach restaurant with live music and each was very kid friendly. Also enjoyed walking in the morning with my granddaughter to get mini-donuts and coffee. Latitude adjustment was very cute and babies were able to sleep on different levels and not be affected by noise. Pool was warm and we loved having a beach cart for hauling towels and toys to the beach. Beach wasn't crowded even on spring break. Management left cupcakes and offered wine and was accommodating and helpful. The key lime cottage will guarantee a perfect vacation - please just don't take our week!

"The home was perfection! It was exactly what we were looking for. Just disappointed we couldn’t really go to the beach because of the red tide didn’t really feel comfortable going but we understand nature is unpredictable . The pool was great, the house very private, very spacious and very clean. The elevator for our grandparents was such an amazing perk for them to get around the house. Was such a great thing to have. Only thing I wished was if the check in and check out time were a little earlier or later. Other than than that we would love to return again with our families. Thank you again!!

"Latitude Adjustment was the perfect house for our family of 8 to stay. It was clean and very inviting when we arrived and fully stocked with beach gear, towels, and kitchen necessities. The decor is very artistic and happy, giving the vacation a great vibe. Going above and beyond, Cottages at the Key welcomed us with personalized gourmet cupcakes and stopped by with a bottle of wine during our stay. This house is within walking distance of the village and the beach, no need for a car! If you are looking for a perfect place for your family to stay, this is it! We will return!

"Dear TCOTK, just wanted to say that we really enjoyed the Latitude Adjustment 461 home very much. The rental process was very professional. I appreciated JoJo’s call and he made sure my questions were answered. Email communication was perfect and everything was clearly laid out. When we arrived we just felt… at home. It’s hard to describe, but of all the homes we’ve stayed at, this one just felt like a real home away from home. The house was immaculate, the cleanest I’ve ever seen any rental home or hotel suite. Props to whomever you have cleaning the home! We could tell the home was well taken care of and the owner had great taste in decorating. The kitchen was not just well appointed, but FULLY equipped. We needed nothing but to bring food. It served as a great base to explore SK and it really is in a great location, a block and a half from the beach access and a short 5 or so block ride/walk to the SK Plaza center and grocery store. Exactly what we needed in a beach vacation, a no hassle rental in a great location. Couldn’t of asked for more.

Home Away From Home!

"Latitude Adjustment was exactly as described. Communication with the property management was excellent, they are pros at what they do, just as excellent as an owner, if not better than other VRBO's I've used. Property was immaculate when we arrived. We immediately felt just... comfortable in the property. Kitchen is stocked just like someone lived there. NOTHING was missing. Near brand new major and minor appliances. You don't need to bring anything but food and drink. Craft cupcakes were a sweet welcoming present from the rental management company. The pool was refreshing and clean. Master bedroom had a new mattress in it that was really comfortable. MB shower is HUGE! Property came with beach bikes, chairs, beach cart, life vests, and kayaks, all in excellent condition. It's in a quiet neighborhood, no crazy parties or shenanigans going on. Location is super convenient. Literally 6 blocks from the main SK town plaza where all the action is. The street the property on actually dead ends at a grocery on the plaza! That same grocer is one of stops for the free island trolley. A block and a half in another direction is SK Beach Access 8 and 9 entry points. We walked to the beach every time. You are at the beach in 5min, not kidding. I would recommend this property to families and groups! You will NOT be disappointed.

Exceeded all expectations

"We had a fabulous time in Siesta Key and were thoroughly impressed with the property. It exceeded all expectations and the photos did not do it justice. Location was great as we could walk easily to the village and beach. There is an Osprey nest directly across the canal and we spent hours on the patios watching the wildlife. The free trolleys and transportation encouraged are to go out and explore other parts of the Key and could have a few drinks with dinner and not take the car. We rented a Pontoon boat for the day from Black Pearl and it was a wonderful experience.
