With 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper, and 2 twin chair sofa sleepers, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Linens are provided, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your tropical getaway. Travel between floors with ease thanks to the 2-story private elevator, providing direct access to the home. And best of all, this rental is pet friendly, so your furry friends can enjoy your vacation time with you.

Additionally, this home includes a private cabana room, perfect for escaping the midday sun or enjoying a little extra privacy. We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the right side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the right backyard and pool area, along with the entire 2nd floor of the 3 story building. "We had the most amazing week at casa stolida! I traveled with my in-laws, husband and daughter who is 3. It was very kid friendly and the perfect place for privacy and family time. The pool area was very private and was the highlight of the trip for our 3 year old. The beach was a 5min walk away and the sunset was incredible. The property had everything we needed to cook at home while also having restaurants within walking distance! We hope to be back one day!

"What a wonderful beach home for our family vacation! We had five adults and two toddlers and this was perfect. The house had everything we needed, nicely stocked kitchen and covered outdoor space was a huge bonus. The heated pool and easy walk to the beach were ideal. Cottages on the Key was very responsive to any of our needs, prompt and very professional. Look forward to returning.

"Casa Stolida was everything we hoped it would be. The unit was exactly as described, clean and well stocked. The pool and cabana area was a nice addition for family time after a long day at the beach. Nice touch to have TV’s in every room. The elevator really helps when loading and unloading. The cottages thought of everything! We will book again.

"Perfect location in beautiful Siesta Key and a lovely beach house made for an enjoyable family vacation. Stocked with everything we needed including beach gear, 4 bikes and a well appointed kitchen. The pool was perfect! Short 1 block walk to the beach. Another family was in the upstairs unit but the house was so well built we didn’t hear a thing! Definitely would stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

"There were 10 of us in our group, and we really enjoyed our stay! Having the covered area down by the pool was perfect for the grandkids. Between the pool area and the beach being so close, we had such a relaxing week. We rented kayaks up at Turtle Beach one morning, which was a lot of fun. The welcome cupcakes were delicious and a very thoughtful touch. I look forward to coming back!

"We had a great time on Siesta Key and really enjoyed our stay at Casa Solida. The place was exactly as described and decorated nicely. We did a ton of cooking at the house and seemed to have everything we needed. It was important to have a private pool so this place was perfect! We spent most mornings at the pool then made our way to the beach for the afternoons. Beach access is only four houses down the road and it was nice the have cooler, chairs, etc provided. There are a few restaurants, bars and small grocery within walking distance from the house. It was our first time to Siesta and will definitely return:)

Close walk to beach

"We stayed at Casa Solida 1030 L June 12th for four nights. We arrived to a beautiful clean unit. Unfortunately we did have one small issue that needed to be repaired and was done in a timely manner. On morning of check out the cleaning company was there early which made us feel rush to leave, she said no worries but went into the unit before we actually left. I would still recommend this unit as it had plenty of room and was a close walk to the beach.

"OMG! Casa Stolida is more than perfect. Everything is as the pictures show. What it doesn't show is how freaking comfortable the beds are, or how wonderful the sheets and towels are. We loved our time there. These people know their business!! PERFECT!!!!!!

"Exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. Felt like royalty from music playing when we arrived to cupcakes in the frig! The pool is so awesome for the kiddos after a day at the beach and the place is gorgeous and perfect location. Close to everything so walked everywhere or rode bikes or trolly. Beyond our expectations

"We recently rented Casa Stolida for a family reunion for my parents 85th birthday. We took a chance on the first 3 as they weren't built yet when we booked them. Jackie Zosmair constantly kept in touch, sending pictures and updates on the progress of the building. I have to say, it was better than expected and was fully equipped with anything you would need for the perfect beach vacation!! The layout was excellent for large gatherings, the pool was a delight, and the bikes!!! We love to bike ride, so that was a wonderful surprise!!! The unit was well decorated and spacious! It felt like home! And the cupcakes were a great touch!!! We have unofficially adopted Jackie as part of our family! She went above and beyond and are so happy to have met her! She even stopped by to make sure everything was ok. All in all, a wonderful time and we will definitely book for next year!! Kudos to Cottages on the Key!! You are a class act!
