Casa Junonia is designed to cater to guests' every need. The property features a private cabana room, perfect for those who want to relax in the shade or enjoy a peaceful moment to themselves. This vacation home offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, offering ample space for up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of three king beds, one queen bed, one queen sofa sleeper, and two twin chair sofa sleepers, all with linens provided for your convenience. Casa Junonia is also equipped with a full kitchen and all of the amenities needed to prepare a delicious at home meal. The private elevator offers easy access to the unit, ensuring guests can move around the property with ease. For added convenience and peace of mind, the property also features a private garage, with a total capacity of two cars. This ensures that guests have ample space to park their vehicles, with added security and protection.

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the right side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the right backyard and pool area, along with the entire 2nd floor of the 3 story building. "Casa Junonia was a very spacious home. The home had all necessary amenities plus beach chair, wagon and an extra cooler. Communication was great through email, text and guest concierge board. "This is a beautiful property very clean and spacious. One suggestion is to power wash the cement steps outside the doors leading up to the condos. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and well maintained. There are no busy roads to cross to walk to the beach. Beach access 13 is a short walk to the end of the side road. Less than a 5 minute walk. We loved this property and highly recommend. The property managers provided great communication leading up to arrival with easy instructions on how to access the property. Maintenance we also very responsive to the small needs we had.

"There were 10 of us staying in Casa Junonia for a week - ages 4 months to 71 years. We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and not too far from some of the restaurants and shops on Siesta Key. The house was well equipped (towels, linens, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, beach gear, etc.) and we loved the pool! Thanks!!

"Your service and communication through the entire process was absolutely perfect and the flexibility in payments made our lives so much easier. The small touches like the cupcakes, the mimosas and cakes at the office, and Kenneth visiting with bottle of wine was very thoughtful and put you ‘above the average. The Junonia was absolutely spotless and beautifully presented throughout, what a lovely property. Our only criticism was that you had to go back upstairs to go to a bathroom and the garage was so large it seemed a shame that a small shower room wasn’t put in down there. The beach toys and bikes were great to have and thank you to Eric for rescuing Sue from her bike blowout! Loved Siesta Key in spite of the red tide, everyone was very welcoming and friendly and the beach was absolutely stunning. The trolley bus service made getting around super easy and convenient. I will be bringing my husband back with me next time and will be sure to book a property through yourselves again.
