We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the left side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the left backyard and pool area, along with the entire 3rd floor of the 3 story building. "Perfect two-flat set up for friends stay at the beach. We stayed on the top floor and each flat has its own pool, cabana area and garage with ping pong. Entire block consists of the same type rental buildings. Two blocks from the beach and walking distance to coffee, grocery, and bars. Pool is surrounded by lush landscaping which helps with privacy. Would be do fun for a large group to rent out both floors. Great balcony off kitchen living area. Mgmt was super responsive.

"Condo worked very well for our party of 8. Comfortable beds and private pool was great. The only caution I would give is, for larger parties, dining seating is limited to six at the table, there are four barstools at the island as long on you don’t mind split seating. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and appreciated the extra propane tank for the grill. Would stay again.

"Beautiful house, 3 minutes Walking from beach. House is big enough, so you don't feel crowded. Big rooms with privates bathrooms. Everything you need is close, restaurants, small stores for emergencies, supermarket, location is a plus.

"We loved the apartment. It was perfectly furnished and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay perfect. A fully equipped kitchen, with details makes a difference. It had beach towels, chairs, bicycles, etc. We will definitely be back!!!!

Beach access was only a few steps away and it was absolutely a wonderful place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. The management company were available, responsive and were super hospitable too! "Everything was perfect! And the staff was so accommodating! We had delicious cupcakes when we arrived and all our groceries had been shopped for and put away for us...it was the perfect way to start the vacation. Due to the times and keeping our distance, we didn't spend time in town or eating at the local restaurants unfortunately. This place was perfect for having a large group of people. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and such a beautiful area. The condo is a short walk to the beach and the pool in the back was a perfect added bonus for when everyone had enough of the sun or the beach got crowded. We definitely want a Siesta Key vacation again when we are able to go out and enjoy all the wonderful things the area has to offer. When we do, we will definitely use Cottages on the Key again!

"My daughters, their friends and I stayed here for spring break week. This house more than met our needs. Upon our arrival, there were cupcakes in the fridge for us--delicious ones too! The property was super clean, and very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The rental management was super helpful and friendly as well. We would definitely stay here again!!
