We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the right side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the right backyard and pool area, along with the entire 2nd floor of the 3 story building. "The Cottages were great hosts. The place had all the accommodations needed to make us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well kept. We particularly appreciated how stocked the house was, plenty of beach/pool towels, beach equipment (chairs, wagon), and all the other amenities we expected. The elevator is a great touch. I never thought we would need/want one, but with kids, beach gear, groceries, etc. it made a huge difference. We didn't need much during our stay, but when we reached out, the host was very responsive. Overall, a great location, great house, and excellent host. Highly recommended.

"Casa Antilles was just perfect for our getaway! There were three couples, and the layout was great for gathering socially and then having our own private space. The home is beautifully decorated and the amenities are more than you would expect! The photos are spot-on. Having own own private pool, and still only being one block to the beach made the choices for fun easy. Do yourself a favor, and book this place!

"The condo was perfect for our needs....loved the elevator for all of our luggage! The pool area was a perfect spot to lounge after a very short walk to the beach and was a great gathering place in the late afternoon. The condo was spacious and very clean. Any/all amenities were provided and we loved our “welcome gift”!!....such a great idea! We’ll definitely visit Siesta Key again and hope to stay here!

"Loved the location and cleanliness of the place. Only complaint was the house can be very loud (no carpets or anything to absorb sound) which mande it difficult to do anything else while two little ones slept. Would say great house for adults or older kids. Tough with little ones. We bought fans which helped, but maybe consider leaving fans there on the regular. The garage is awesome btw.

"We had a last minute change of plans and were able to secure our spot in this wonderful condo. As first time visitors to Siesta Key, they provided so much information to help us settle in with groceries, chair rentals, etc. The condo was so clean and the beds super comfortable. The house was amazing. The walk is about 100 yards to beach access. It was easy for all of us to make that walk. Thank you!

"Overall the house is wonderful and accommodated our party of 8 (we had 4 couples)! I would totally recommend to someone. Here is the pros and cons list from our stay: Pros - Beds are SO AMAZING! All of the beds, pillows, and linens are so comfy and we appreciated having alot of extra linens to use - Having our own private pool was the best - Kitchen has most of what you need to cook and the gas grill was a plus - The house was beautifully decorated throughout Cons - In the listing it does not mention that there is a unit above this one. Not a crazy big deal, but if we'd had known we would have probably not booked knowing there would be another family above us. - Elevator had issues the last day we were there and it was unusable - Beach access is close, but there is not alot of "beach", so plan to get there early if you want a good spot, or just drive down to the public beach access

"Overall stay was fantastic! The beach was about 1 short block away. Having everything we needed for the beach available was so convenient. I felt very comfortable and safe on our bike ride. People in the neighborhood were so friendly. The only thing I could suggest is adding more hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this place.

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation experience at this beautiful home! We have never stayed in such a beautiful and clean rental. We had more than enough room to relax and really loved the tall ceilings, beautiful beach decorations, open showers, very comfortable beds, and all of the linens and towels and kitchen appliances that were provided. We loved having the balcony right off the kitchen to relax with a drink in the evenings, and the pool area with the full sized fridge and large table was amazing! Having small children, we loved all of the beach toys and chairs that were provided, and the short 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. We really had no complaints about the property, but we were assured by the property management company that they would handle any problems in a timely manner. This was our first time visiting Siesta Key, but it surely won't be our last. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back! :)

"The property was very well maintained and served our needs excellently. The only issues we had were the pool and the cleanliness of the pool area. Both issues were brought to the attention of Cottages on the Key and were readily taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked, however, I would suggest that a few minor items could be added to the kitchen supplies such as some medium sized serving bowls and some sharper knives for cutting meats, etc. Both Fabiana and Matthew were extremely helpful to our family throughout our stay as well as any and all necessary arrangements prior to our stay. Our family would highly recommend your services, and especially the services of Cottages on the Key. We truly enjoyed our time in Siesta Key. Thank you, Carmela Yauch

"Hands down best rental we have ever stayed at. Everything you could need was included. They even left us a special treat for when we arrived!!!!! Beautiful and clean. Newly renovated. The enclosed garage was highly convenient. Pool was clean and warm. A short walk from public beach. We had 10 stay here and we fit great. Will definitely be returning.

"They surpassed our expectations with service, location, and the cottage itself. I am very picky with where I stay as I travel a lot for work and the last thing I want is to stay if not for work and on vacation is anywhere that is not extremely clean, crisp and fresh and this place delivered in all aspects! Each room was large, clean and had beautiful bathrooms with CLEAN towels throughout. The kitchen was lovely and the space provided everything one could need. The private pool was wonderful for anyone who didn’t want to walk to the beach and just be lazy at home. We thought we would be out exploring the island a lot more but with how warm and welcoming the cottage was, we had the most wonderful, laugh-filled, happy family trip centered around the cottage. That only happens when a place away from home can make you feel like you are at home :) Thank you so much for the wonderful experience; we will definitely be back as none of us wanted to leave.
